Job summary

Fabletics in Nashville, TN is seeking a Part-Time Sales Lead for our Opry Mills location. You will deliver a best-in-class customer experience, lead daily store activities, and support Store Manager with sales and operations.

You are a self-starter with energy who loves engaging with people. You will educate customers on fabrics, fit, and function, drive in-store engagement, and help meet KPI targets through teamwork and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 1-year minimum of work experience within a retail environment.
• Prior retail management experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of active lifestyle activities.
• Ability to interact with customers, employees and partners.
• Ability to work with large teams.
• Strong interpersonal skills and positive attitude.
• Comfort with ambiguity and initiative.
• Familiar with retail inventory and POS systems.
• Self-motivated and good communicator.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Flexibility in work hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer engagement and deliver a best-in-class shopping experience.
• Collaborate with Store Manager and associates to achieve KPIs.
• Provide product knowledge on fabrics, fit, and function of items.
• Participate in training and feedback on Customer Experience Playbook.
• Assist with inventory and merchandising to maximize sales.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to improve the customer experience.
