Job summary

Böhme is seeking an outgoing Sales Lead (Part Time) in Orem, UT to collaborate with the Store Manager on customer service, merchandising, loss prevention, and store operations. You will open/close the store, handle deposits, process refunds, and supervise staff to hit sales targets while adhering to company policies.

The role requires leadership experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with POS systems and store software.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school education or equivalent.
• At least one-year supervisory or leadership experience or equivalent education.
• Excellent organization, verbal and written skills.
• Ability to work POS, and other store computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Open store and maintain opening operations on scheduled days.
• Close store and maintain closing operations on scheduled days.
• Execute the bank deposits and complete cash refunds for customers professionally.
• Complete employee purchases and ensure compliance with employee discount policy.
• Do cash pay-outs for store purchases as authorized by Store Manager.
• Maintain merchandise inventory and assist with floor changes as instructed.
• Promote and motivate staff to achieve sales goals and monitor achievements.
• Ensure customers are serviced properly by direct selling and monitoring the sales floor.
• Report incidents to Store Manager and participate in staff training.
