Job summary

Purple in the United States is seeking a Sales Lead to drive personal sales, hit performance goals, and deliver an exceptional customer experience while modeling Purple’s values. This role also focuses on developing and coaching team members to grow selling skills and product knowledge.

As a part-time, on-site position, you’ll work 15–29 hours weekly with evenings, weekends, and holidays possible. Base pay is $19.00 hourly plus monthly commissions per the commission agreement terms.

Qualifications

• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience working in a retail environment.
• Comfortable learning and adapting to new technology.
• Excellent interpersonal communication capabilities.
