Pandora – Greenwood Park Mall is seeking a Sales Lead to fully immerse in our brand, culture, and product while delivering exceptional customer experiences in‑store. You will support the Managers and Sales Associates and drive the team to exceed KPI goals.

Responsibilities include leading sales efforts, coaching teammates, and maintaining brand standards to create unforgettable shopping moments. Flexible schedule and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high‑performance sales environment is required.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a high‑performance selling environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to charm and connect with people at all levels.
• Business acumen and analytical thinking.
• Excellent time‑management and priority‑setting abilities.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Suite and retail POS systems.
• At least 18 years old and able to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to stand extended periods and lift >50 lb.

Benefits

• Base salary $14.35 – $17.95/hour commensurate with experience, with bonus opportunities.
