Job summary

MBK Senior Living in the United States seeks a part-time Sales Assistant to support the community sales team. You will assist the Director of Sales with inquiries, scheduling tours, and advancing leads, while accurately entering interactions into the CRM to maintain data integrity.

This role emphasizes delivering a welcoming experience to prospective residents and families. Schedule is PT 9:00am–5:30pm Mon-Wed or Wed-Fri; pay is $23.00–$25.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.), and standard office equipment.
• Ability to accurately use CRM systems for tracking leads and sales activities.
• Must successfully pass all required background clearances and health screening.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; English clearly and professionally.
• Basic math skills to support reporting, tours, and move-in tracking.
• Ability to work independently with good judgment and stay calm in stressful situations.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Sales with managing inquiries, scheduling tours, and advancing leads through the sales process.
• Enter prospect interactions, activities, and notes into the CRM in real time.
• Serve as a point of contact for prospects and families, ensuring timely communication and a positive experience.
• Provide administrative support to Sales and Marketing, including admission paperwork per policy.
• Maintain inventory of sales collateral and assist with event logistics and materials.
