Job summary

89th & Madison is seeking a friendly Sales Associate to guide customers to personalized looks, welcome shoppers, and maintain an in-stock selling floor. You will collaborate with teammates and managers to deliver a positive store experience.

The role includes stocking, processing POS transactions, cross-selling, handling returns, and staying knowledgeable about products. Candidates should have retail experience, English proficiency, basic math, and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds with

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Associate, Sales Representative, or similar role.
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
• Proficiency in English.
• Basic Math skills.
• Hands-on experience with POS transactions.
• Familiarity with inventory procedures.
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
• A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus.
• Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner.
• Availability to work flexible shifts, which may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
