Job summary

89th & Madison in Connecticut is seeking a Customer-Focused Sales Associate to greet customers, understand their needs, and guide them to personalized looks while collaborating with the team to achieve store goals. You will stock, merchandise, and keep the floor clean and organized; process POS transactions; and cross-sell products with a friendly, energetic approach.

Excellent communication and basic math skills are a must.

• Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner
• Availability to work flexible shifts, which may include nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to lift, carry, or move objects weighing up to 40 pounds when merchandising the sales floor. Comfortable with using ladders or stairs
