Jockey International, Inc. is seeking a friendly Sales Associate for our Merrimack, NH store to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales.

This part-time position participates in store goals, product promotions, and the Jockey Rewards program, with PTO eligibility and employee discounts. Responsibilities include greeting guests, using product knowledge to assist, handling transactions, merchandising, and maintaining store standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm, sincere greeting to all guests and identify their needs with product knowledge and suggestive selling.
• Engage guests to identify needs and offer solutions to meet them.
• Perform sales transactions including ringing purchases and processing cash or credit payments.
• Assist with merchandising, stock, visuals, and adherence to visual standards.
• Maintain a safe, clean store environment and follow all store policies and procedures.
• Support hiring and recruiting efforts and other duties as assigned.
