Job summary

Jockey International is seeking a Sales Associate for our Manchester, VT location. You will provide outstanding customer service, promote the Jockey Rewards program, and help achieve store sales goals while maintaining attractive visuals and inventory. Part-time role with PTO and employee discounts.

The position emphasizes friendly guest engagement, product knowledge, and adherence to store standards, supporting team members and striving for a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Two years of retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service following Jockey’s service principles.
• Focus on achievement of store goals and maximizing sales.
• Maintain operational store standards (visuals, merchandising, inventory management).
• Process cash/credit payments and ring up purchases.
• Promote rewards programs and memberships.
• Assist with merchandising and store presentation.
• Support hiring and recruiting efforts as needed.
• Ensure adherence to all policies and procedures.
