Job summary

Jockey is seeking a Sales Associate for our Lee, MA location to deliver exceptional customer service and drive store goals. You will greet guests, identify needs, and use product knowledge to provide solutions that boost sales and satisfaction.

Part-time role with PTO and employee discounts; prior retail or customer service experience is valued, and high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older and able to provide excellent guest service.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and engage with them to identify needs and offer solutions.
• Promote rewards programs and company initiatives to grow membership.
• Assist in merchandising, stock, and visuals following store standards.
• Handle sales transactions accurately and manage cash/credit payments.
• Support store goals to drive sales and profitability.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized store environment.
• Assist with hiring and recruiting efforts as needed.
