Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of retail or customer service experience with a proven ability to demonstrate a passion for extraordinary guest service and sales.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm, sincere greeting to all guests and suggestive selling.
• Engage guests to identify needs and use product knowledge to offer solutions.
• Assist in driving store-level sales and profitability.
• Perform sales and register transactions including cash or credit payments.
• Assist with merchandising (stock, visuals) and maintain store standards.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Support hiring and recruiting efforts.
• Promote rewards programs and strengthen Jockey Rewards membership.
