Jockey International Global Inc in Kittery, ME is seeking an energetic Sales Associate to join our team. You will provide excellent customer service, follow Jockey’s service principles, help achieve store goals, and maximize sales.

This part-time role offers PTO and discounts. You will greet guests, identify their needs, suggest products, process transactions, assist with merchandising, and maintain store standards. Must be 16+, strong communication, and prior retail experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Two years of retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong customer-focused approach and ability to meet store goals.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide a thoughtful Welcome and suggestive selling.
• Identify customer needs and offer solutions using product knowledge.
• Promote rewards programs and membership sign-ups.
• Process transactions accurately and handle cash/credit payments.
• Assist with merchandising, stock, and store visuals.
• Maintain store standards and safety, and support hiring activities.
• Other duties as assigned.
