Areas of Accountability

• Create a warm, welcoming experience for every customer who walks through the door.
• Learn and deliver our “TRUE Experience” — a customer‑first selling approach focused on connection, not pressure.
• Support customers in finding the right fit, offering product knowledge and styling tips.
• Contribute to a high‑performing team culture where hitting goals is expected and celebrated.
• Maintain store standards, ensuring the space is clean, organized, and shoppable.
• Assist with inventory, visual merchandising, and promotional displays.
• Accurately and efficiently process transactions.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail or customer‑facing experience (bonus if you’ve worked in a high‑volume store).
• Strong communication skills with the ability to read people and build rapport quickly.
• A positive, team‑first mindset and a passion for providing great service.
• Comfortable working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and handle physical aspects of the role.
