BODYBAR Pilates in Austin is seeking a high-energy Sales Associate to help grow our member base and deliver an unbeatable studio experience.

You’ll drive memberships and retail sales, support members, and bring the BODYBAR vibe to life—working 10–15 hours per week with consistent weekend hours alongside weekday shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Fluent English with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-oriented with ability to generate memberships and retail sales.
• Proficient with computers and studio software.
• Professional, trustworthy, and punctual.
• Team player with motivation to grow with the brand.

Responsibilities

• Assist Studio Manager in generating new members and retaining existing members through sales and service.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and support to members.
• Work 10–15 hours per week with weekend and weekday shifts.
• Represent BODYBAR vibe in a positive, energetic way.
