Qualifications

• Goal-oriented with ability to generate membership, retail, and private training sales.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills in-person, via phone and email.
• Proficient with computers and studio software.

Responsibilities

• Drive studio growth by owning the sales process.
• Build strong relationships with members through proactive communication.
• Hit daily goals for bookings, outreach, and membership sales.
• Represent BODYBAR at local events to grow community presence.
• Keep member bookings and interactions accurately logged.
• Engage with members before and after class.
