Norman's Hallmark Westminster is seeking a friendly Part Time Sales Associate to join our customer-focused team at Cranberry Square. You will greet shoppers, connect with customers through our CARE program, and help them celebrate life’s moments with thoughtful gift ideas and wrapping services.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Flexible schedule including events, holidays, evenings, and weekends.
• Strong aptitude for basic math functions including percentages.
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods; lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and drive retail sales through the CARE program.
• Learn product knowledge and upsell to meet enrollment goals.
• Assist with restocking displays and maintain store appearance.
• Operate cash register with accuracy and provide pleasant checkout experience.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
