Job summary

Norman’s Hallmark in Timonium, MD is seeking a Part Time Sales Associate to join our employee-owned team. You will connect with customers, learn merchandise, and support store goals while delivering a caring, memorable shopping experience.

You will handle cash and operate the register with accuracy, assist with product knowledge, and maintain neat displays. A flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, is required.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including events, holidays, evenings, and weekends.
• Strong aptitude for basic math functions including percentages and general arithmetic.

Responsibilities

• Infuse our Customer CARE program into the store culture and drive retail sales.
• Be a main resource of knowledge on the sales floor and provide excellent customer service.
• Learn product knowledge and upsell to build sales and drive satisfaction.
• Maintain and restock displays as directed by management.
