Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Flexible schedule including events, holidays, evenings, and weekends.
• Strong basic math abilities including percentages and general arithmetic.
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Infuse our CARE program and connect with customers to drive sales.
• Aim to enroll customers in Crown Rewards program.
• Learn and use the register system to ensure POS accuracy.
• Develop product knowledge and use it to sell to customers.
• Maintain and restock displays as directed by management.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
