Responsibilities include engaging customers, enrolling in Crown Rewards, and maintaining organized displays. Must be 16+, flexible, with basic math skills and the ability to stand and lift up to 40 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Flexible schedule including events, holidays, evenings and weekends.
• Strong basic math skills (percentages, arithmetic).
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and drive sales while delivering a caring team experience.
• Enroll customers in Crown Rewards program and meet enrollment goals.
• Operate the register accurately and process transactions efficiently.
• Learn product knowledge to inform customer recommendations.
• Restock displays and keep the sales floor organized.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve basic questions.
• Support store management with additional duties as needed.
