Job summary

Lovesac is hiring a Sales Associate to create a welcoming in-store experience and help customers design Lovesac products to fit their space and style. You will engage customers, achieve personal sales goals, and maintain knowledge of our modular Sactionals lineup while supporting store operations and visual standards.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, enjoy working with people, and can manage multiple tasks from greeting guests to closing sales.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Able to travel to local stores and vendor locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers using Lovesac selling techniques.
• Achieve personal sales goals and KPIs.
• Provide attentive service and build customer loyalty.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and educate customers.
• Guide customers from initial interest to purchase and manage quotes.
