Job summary

Lovesac in Phoenix is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver a welcoming in-store experience and help customers design our modular furniture to fit their space. You will use Lovesac selling techniques, build relationships, and aim to exceed personal sales goals.

Ideal candidates have retail or customer service experience, can work evenings and weekends, and are comfortable using CRM tools and product demonstrations. Flexible hours, benefits, and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High-School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to utilize technology for sales and customer support including product demos and CRM usage.
• Supports omni-channel customer experience across home store, local stores and remote shifts.
• Willingness to travel to local stores or meetings as required.

Responsibilities

• Achieve personal sales goals and KPIs.
• Provide attentive service and build customer loyalty.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge and effectively demo and educate customers.
• Guide customers from interest to purchase, manage quotes, close sales, and maintain relationships.
• Conduct outreach using company tools and methods.
• Identify and resolve customer issues to ensure positive shopping experiences.
• Maintain a welcoming, visually appealing store following merchandising standards.
• Oversee store operations and ensure company standards are met.
• Utilize sales data and reports to prioritize daily tasks.
