Lovesac in Costa Mesa, CA seeks a Sales Associate to create a welcoming in-store experience and help customers design products that fit their style and space.

You will actively engage shoppers using Lovesac selling techniques, demonstrate products, close sales, and build customer relationships across Lovesac’s omni-channel experience. The role offers flexible hours, some remote shifts, and a team that values integrity and love of great furniture.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High-School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.
• Able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Able to effectively utilize technology for sales and customer support including demonstrating products, assisting customers and utilizing internal CRM systems.
• Support Lovesac's omni- channel customer experience by being flexible and able to assist in-person at your home store, local stores and third-party vendors, as well as remote customer service shifts.
• Must be able to travel, as required by the Company in its sole discretion, to local stores, third-party vendors and for occasional meetings.
• Demonstrate excellent judgment, integrity, and trustworthiness in managing financial transactions, and ensuring customer privacy and safety.
• Must be able to move objects up to 75 pounds and perform physical store tasks.

• Demonstrate strong product knowledge and educate customers.
• Guide customers from interest to purchase, managing quotes and closing sales.
• Conduct outreach using company tools and methods.
• Identify and resolve issues for a positive shopping experience.
• Maintain a welcoming store by following merchandising standards.
• Oversee store operations including opening/closing, inventory, promotions, and adherence to standards.
• Use sales data and reports to prioritize tasks and support daily operations.
