Cash America Pawn is seeking a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate to greet customers, assist with sales, loans, and product inquiries, and maintain a clean sales floor.

Earn hourly pay plus commission, with flexible hours (9AM-6PM typical), weekends, and earned wage access after day 2. Employee discounts start day one, with 401(k) auto-enrollment after 6 months. Must be 18+, able to lift 50 lbs, and have basic math/computer skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Greet and assist customers with sales, loans, and product inquiries.
• Support customers with pawn and short-term loan services by explaining terms, completing paperwork, and ensuring a smooth, customer-focused experience.
• Process sales and loan activity accurately while following company and regulatory guidelines.
• Evaluate merchandise for condition and value to support buying, selling, and loan decisions.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and merchandise displays.
• Handle cash and negotiable items responsibly.
• Support store operations with opening/closing tasks.
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members.
• Complete required training and follow company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
