Cash America Pawn is hiring a Part-Time Pawnbroker/Retail Sales Associate to greet customers, process sales and loans, and maintain merchandise displays in a fast-paced store environment. Earn base hourly pay plus commissions across a wide range of merchandise, with opportunities for growth through performance.

The position emphasizes customer service, accurate cash handling, and adherence to policies. Flexible scheduling and training are provided to help you succeed in the role.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years old and legally eligible to work.
• Strong desire to work, serve customers, and be team-oriented.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Prior cash handling or sales experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Greets and interacts with all customers to build rapport and recommend appropriate financial solutions.
• Performs non-management open/close procedures.
• Keeps the sales floor clean, stocked, and maintains merchandise displays.
• Handles sales and loan transactions according to policies and procedures.
• Manages all cash and negotiable items following company rules.
• Answers incoming calls and communicates pawn and buy transaction details clearly.
