The Lovesac Company is seeking a Sales Associate at our Hamilton Place location in Chattanooga, TN. This part-time role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences, presenting Lovesac products, and driving sales through the Lovesac process on the selling floor.

You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, customer-first environment and help customers design spaces with Lovesac products, ensuring a high level of brand representation and service. Availability includes peak periods and weekends.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.
• Must regularly work during high-traffic and peak selling periods, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
• Ability to use technology for sales and customer support including demonstrating products and utilizing internal CRM systems.
• Must be able to travel to local stores and for occasional meetings as required.
