Job summary

Five Below is hiring part-time Sales Associates who deliver outstanding customer service, drive sales, and keep merchandise organized and stocked. You will engage customers, answer questions, and guide them to products, while maintaining a fast and friendly checkout experience.

Responsibilities include promoting store events, handling transactions with precision, and assisting teammates to achieve store goals. Candidates should be 16+ and flexible to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years old.
• Available to work a flexible schedule.
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (cash registers, hand-held and mobile devices).
• Good communicator with the ability to engage with customers.
• Able to handle customer interactions professionally and solve problems on the sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly and provide help across multiple customers.
• Understand and meet customer needs with product knowledge and recommendations.
• Promote store events, promotions and activities to boost sales.
