Job summary

Five Below is seeking part-time Sales Associates to deliver outstanding customer service, keep merchandise organized, and ensure fast, friendly checkout experiences.

You will greet customers promptly, assess needs, offer recommendations, and engage in suggestive selling while staying informed on product availability and store promotions.

This role requires a flexible schedule, from day to evening shifts and weekends, with the ability to lift 25 lb and work on the sales floor and stockroom.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Available to work a flexible schedule.
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (such as cash registers, handheld and mobile devices).
• Good communicator with the ability to engage with customers.
• Able to handle customer interactions and potential issues/concerns courteously and professionally.
• Use basic information-gathering skills to solve problems.
• Ability to learn procedural knowledge acquired through on-the-job training.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly.
