Job summary

The TJ Maxx brand, part of The TJX Companies, Inc., is seeking team members to help deliver an excellent customer experience in our USA stores. You will engage with customers, maintain a clean selling floor, and support store operations across merchandise and loss-prevention standards.

Role requires great communication, the ability to multitask, and a flexible schedule to meet business needs. Retail experience is preferred, and team collaboration is essential for success.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all customers and maintaining a clean, organized store environment.
• Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards; may be cross-trained to support multiple store areas.
• Rings customer purchases/returns accurately and processes transactions per procedures.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs and upholds merchandising standards.
• Participates in store recovery, cleanliness, and safety initiatives.
• Supports labor policies and may be involved in shrink reduction programs.
