Job summary

Carter's, Inc. is seeking a part-time Sales Associate at our Brooklyn location. You’ll greet customers, help them explore baby and children’s clothing, and support a positive shopping experience across in-store and omnichannel touchpoints.

Expect to handle transactions, restock, maintain store standards, and explain current promotions and loyalty programs. Ability to lift 40 pounds and stand for long periods is required; availability includes weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple customers in a busy retail environment.
• Clear verbal and written communication with customers and team.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with style and products.
• Resolve customer issues proactively in a fast-paced store.
• Assist with omnichannel needs to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Execute and complete point of sale transactions efficiently.
• Complete floor replenishment and shipments as needed.
