Carter's Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate to greet customers warmly, explain baby and children’s apparel, and help growing families find the right outfits for daily moments.

Join a friendly team, support omnichannel shopping, process transactions, restock the floor, and promote promotions and the loyalty program.

This role requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 40 pounds, and working a schedule including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a busy retail environment and manage multiple customers.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with our product styles, features, and benefits.
• Resolve issues for customers and balance multiple customers in a busy retail environment.
• Assist with omnichannel shopping to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Process point-of-sale transactions at the register.
• Complete floor replenishment and shipment as needed.
• Explain current promotions and the brand loyalty program to customers, including credit.
• Minimize store loss by delivering excellent customer service and maintaining a safe, clean store.
