Job summary

Lumber Liquidators seeks a sales-focused part-time associate in Raleigh to drive revenue, build relationships, and maintain an inspiring showroom.

You will handle POS, inventory, and daily store operations while delivering exceptional customer service and meeting targets. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required. Bilingual Spanish is a bonus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1–3 years of retail or sales experience preferred; flooring knowledge a plus.
• Strong communication, sales and customer service skills are required.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
• Forklift certification is required prior to operation.

Responsibilities

• Sell, upsell, and exceed revenue targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

• Merchandise and maintain an organized showroom.
