Job summary

Lumber Liquidators is seeking a sales-driven, customer-focused associate for part-time work in Robinson, TX. The role focuses on selling, upselling, showroom merchandising, and delivering exceptional service. Experience in retail or flooring is a plus, with bilingual Spanish being a bonus.

Responsibilities include POS handling, inventory management, and supporting promotional events. Flexible availability is required, with compensation featuring base pay plus monthly commission and bonuses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of retail or sales experience preferred; flooring knowledge a plus.
• Strong communication, sales, and customer service skills.
• Bilingual (Spanish) skills are a bonus.
• Forklift certification required prior to operation.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime.
