Job summary

Lumber Liquidators is seeking a sales-driven, customer-focused part-time associate in Pennsylvania. You will sell, upsell, and exceed revenue targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience and building lasting relationships that drive repeat business and referrals.

You’ll merchandise the showroom, handle POS transactions, inventory management, and daily store operations, resolving questions promptly. Flexible scheduling includes evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1–3 years of retail or sales experience preferred; flooring knowledge a plus.
• Bilingual Spanish is a bonus.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Forklift certification required prior to operation.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime.
