Job summary

OpenKrill is seeking a Client Support Specialist for part-time hours to assist customers with the Optro-like platform. You will diagnose technical issues, provide guidance, and collaborate with engineering to improve product reliability while maintaining exceptional customer interactions.

The role emphasizes empathy, clear communication, and the ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced SaaS environment. Remote Poland-based candidates are preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven track record diagnosing and resolving technical issues with empathy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Curious mindset and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Experience in Tier 1 SaaS or tech support.

Responsibilities

• Resolve client issues: respond to product questions and provide troubleshooting via email, chat, and video sessions.
• Be a product expert: learn the platform to give clear guidance on features.
• Collaborate with engineering and product to elevate issues and gather feedback.
• Leverage AI tools and knowledge bases to draft responses and summarize tickets.
• Advocate for clients by identifying trends and suggesting improvements.
