Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of a phlebotomy course is preferred.
• Licensure: Class D Driver's License (State) preferred.

Responsabilités

• Obtain quality blood samples using phlebotomy methods for all ages.
• Ensure accurate patient identification and proper labeling and transport of specimens.
• Communicate procedures to patients and care teams to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and protect patient privacy.
• Handle sharps and biohazards following regulatory requirements.
• Operate computer systems to document and track specimens.
