Job summary

Fairview Health Services is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) at the Hugo Clinic on a 0.6 FTE schedule with a three-day work week. The shift pattern includes Monday, Thursday, and Friday with specific start and end times.

Responsibilities include assessing patient needs, involving families, documenting data, and developing individualized care plans in collaboration with the health team. Requires MN RN license and BLS certification by orientation; 1–3 years of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• MN RN license required.
• BLS certification required by end of orientation.
• 1-3 years nursing experience preferred.
• Minnesota board of nursing in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and identify expected nursing outcomes.
• Involve patient, family, and health team in data gathering.
• Use an ongoing process to gather relevant information (biological, psychological, spiritual, social).
• Analyze data to identify risks, prioritize needs and determine problems.
• Document the plan of care and patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with patient and health team to implement an integrated care plan.
