The role supports post-surgical and post-procedural patients with rapid disposition needs within 24–48 hours and remote telemetry monitoring. The unit emphasizes patient safety, evidence-based care, and teamwork.

The position requires Michigan RN licensure, BLS, ACLS for specified departments, and a BSN within five years. Benefits begin on day one and the facility offers professional growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Graduate from nursing program eligible to sit NCLEX.
• Current Michigan RN license.
• BLS; ACLS required for Float Pool, Cardiac/Cath Lab, AICU, Emergency.

Responsabilités

• Gathers and analyzes patient information.
• Develops, implements, evaluates and revises an individualized plan of care.
• Uses teach-back methods to educate patient and family.
• Communicates patient status, goals and interventions during rounds and handoffs.
• Follows HIPAA policies and procedures.
