Bel-Air Manor in Newington, CT is seeking a compassionate RN Supervisor for part-time per diem shifts to oversee resident care and unit operations. The ideal candidate will lead nursing staff, perform assessments, ensure documentation accuracy, and maintain compliance with facility and regulatory standards.

Requirements include a valid Connecticut RN license; supervisory experience in long-term care is preferred.
