Ryders Health Management is seeking an RN Supervisor for Lord Chamberlain Manor in Stratford, CT. This part-time role covers night shifts 11P-7A with 24 hours per week, focusing on resident care, staff supervision, and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate holds an active Connecticut RN license, prior long-term care supervisory experience, strong leadership and clinical skills, and a commitment to high-quality care in a collaborative team setting.

Qualifications

• Active Connecticut RN license
• Experience supervising nursing staff in long-term care or skilled nursing
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to assess resident needs and coordinate care
• Dependable with good attendance and teamwork

Responsabilités

• Supervise and manage nursing staff on your shift, ensuring care meets standards and regulatory requirements
• Perform or oversee resident assessments, monitor health status, and respond to changes in condition
• Ensure documentation accuracy across records, care plans, incident reports, and shift handoffs
• Oversee admissions, transfers, and discharges and coordinate with other departments
• Provide direct nursing care as needed during shortages or emergencies
• Mentor and support RNs, LPNs, CNAs and serve as point of contact for staff and residents/families
• Ensure unit compliance with policies and infection-control standards
