Job summary

Meadow Park Rehabilitation and Health Care Center seeks an experienced RN supervisor to coordinate resident care by scheduling nursing staff and managing admissions, transfers and discharges.

Candidates must hold an active RN license, with at least two years in long-term care and demonstrated leadership. Strong communication and basic computer skills are essential for daily operations in this in-person role.

• As a Registered Nurse (RN) supervisor, complete resident care requirements by scheduling and assigning nursing staff.
• Participates in the admissions, transfers and discharges
• Maintain a safe & clean working environment by implementing rules & regulations.
• Maintain a cooperative relationship among health care teams.

Minimum Job Requirements:
