Job summary

Meadow Park Rehabilitation & Health Care Center in New York is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor for the evening shift on a part-time basis. This leadership role focuses on overseeing nursing staff and ensuring high-quality resident care.

Responsibilities include clinical supervision, care plan adherence, collaboration with physicians, EMR use, documentation, and maintaining safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• New York State RN license required.
• RN Supervisor experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facility preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
• Current BLS, ACLS, or PALS certification required.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to effectively lead and support a nursing team.

• Oversee individualized resident care per standards and care plans.
• Monitor residents' conditions and ensure meds and treatments are administered correctly.

$1,000 Sign-On Bonus | Evening Shift: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM

Meadow Park Rehabilitation & Health Care Center is seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our nursing leadership team on the evening shift.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced RN who is looking for a part-time leadership position and is committed to providing high-quality resident care while supporting and guiding our nursing staff.

Position Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and supervision to nursing staff during the evening shift.

• Oversee individualized resident care in accordance with established standards and care plans.

• Monitor residents' conditions and ensure medications and treatments are administered appropriately.

• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to address resident needs and changes in condition.

• Provide direction, support, and guidance to nursing staff.

• Utilize sound clinical judgment in making patient-care decisions.

• Ensure required documentation and observations are completed accurately and timely.

• Promote resident safety, quality care, and compliance with facility policies and regulatory requirements.

• Respond appropriately to changes in residents' conditions and communicate concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals.

• Perform other duties as assigned.
