Job summary

Meadow View Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking an RN Supervisor to lead a dedicated care team in a long-term care setting. You will supervise nursing staff, administer medications, assess residents, and coordinate admissions, transfers and discharges on-site.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, effective communication, and commitment to quality outcomes in both short-term rehabilitation and long-term care. On-site schedule and competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Active Pennsylvania RN license or Graduate Nurse (GN).
• BLS Certification (AHA).
• Skilled nursing facility experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support nursing staff while ensuring excellent resident care.
• Administer medications, treatments, and monitor patient responses.
• Perform resident assessments and assist with care planning.
• Supervise and guide CNAs and nursing staff.
• Coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharge planning.
• Monitor resident conditions and communicate with physicians and care teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation and high care standards.
