Job summary

Ramona Rehabilitation and Post Acute Care Center in Hemet, CA is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor for a part-time night shift (11p-7:30a). The role requires strong clinical skills, teamwork, and the ability to manage meds via heplocks, PICCs, and central lines.

You will supervise nursing staff, coordinate patient care, and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering high-quality patient outcomes. California RN license and at least 2 years SNF experience are required.

We are looking for an experienced, outgoing, team oriented, RN Supervisor with great clinical skills. We offer competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications:

• Hold current California RN license in good standing.
• At least 2 years SNF experience.
• Have good communication, assessment, and clinical skills.
• Be able to start and administer meds through heplocks, PICCs, and central lines.
• Have supervisory experience.
• Must have computer skills. Knowledge of PointClickCare is desirable.

Job Type: PT NOC RN (11p-7:30a)

Pay: $48.00 - $55.00 per hour

Expected hours: (part-time 8-24 hours/week)
