Job summary

PACS Group is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join Oak Glen Post Acute in Cherry Valley, CA on a part-time basis. The RN will deliver high-quality nursing care, ensure resident safety, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes.

The ideal candidate holds an active California RN license, CPR/BLS certification, and SNF experience is preferred. The role offers competitive hourly pay and a supportive team environment within a respected post-acute

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted California RN license.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) preferred.
• Strong clinical, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and ongoing monitoring of residents.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders.
• Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans.
• Monitor and document resident conditions, reporting changes promptly.
• Provide wound care, IV therapy, and other skilled nursing interventions.
• Supervise and support LVNs and CNAs to ensure quality care delivery.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and care teams to coordinate services.
• Educate residents and families on care plans and health conditions.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and infection control standards.
