Aufgaben

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and ongoing monitoring of residents.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders.
• Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans.
• Monitor and document resident conditions, reporting changes promptly.
• Provide wound care, IV therapy, and other skilled nursing interventions.
• Supervise and support LVNs and CNAs to ensure quality care delivery.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and care teams to coordinate services.
• Educate residents and families on care plans and health conditions.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and infection control standards.
