Job summary

Regional West Health Services in Scottsbluff, NE is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse to join our 2nd West Med/Surg unit. You will provide high quality nursing care, monitor patient status, and collaborate with the care team to achieve optimal outcomes.

Required Nebraska RN license and BLS; BSN preferred. We offer relocation and sign-on bonuses and loan forgiveness programs to support your transition and ongoing development.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred.
• Compact or Nebraska RN license; must obtain NE license within 60 days of hire.
• American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare Providers certification required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients, apply clinical interventions, evaluate outcomes, and update the plan of care accordingly.
• Adapt to fluctuating workload to maximize patient care and unit effectiveness.
• Maintain flexibility in staffing, share on-call responsibilities, and resolve staffing conflicts.
