Job summary

The Meadows of Napa Valley in Crystal, MN is seeking a Part-time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our senior living community. You will provide compassionate care, collaborate with a supportive team, and help residents maintain health and independence.

The ideal candidate holds an accredited RN degree, an active MN RN license, and DHS knowledge. Weekend/holiday flexibility and strong communication skills are essential; background checks and screenings are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN Program.
• Active RN license in Minnesota, in good standing.
• Experience in Nursing Home/Long-Term Care preferred but not required.
• Flexible schedule including weekends/holidays as needed.
• Knowledge of DHS Regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Background check and screenings may include TB test, fingerprinting.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate and effective care and treatments to residents.
• Support the DON with assessments and admissions as assigned.
• Ensure residents' needs are met in collaboration with the nursing team.
• Review routines and calendar of events and resident needs.
• Ensure medications and supplies are ordered, in stock and counted.
• Accurate charting and record keeping.
• Promote the Mission and Values of the Meadows of Napa Valley.
• Support a culture of excellence in all responsibilities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
