Job summary

Heathers Manor, a Transforming Age community, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a part-time role in Crystal, MN. The schedule covers one weekday and alternating Saturdays and Sundays with on-call duties. The hourly pay is $38-45 DOE, reflecting experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN program.
• Active RN license in the state, in good standing.
• Experience in a nursing home or long-term care preferred.
• Be flexible to work weekends/holidays as needed.
• Knowledge of DHS regulations and patient privacy.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate and effective care to residents.
• Support the DON with assessments, admissions and duties.
• Ensure meds and supplies are ordered, stocked and counted.
• Maintain accurate charting and record keeping.
• Promote the organization’s mission, vision and values.
