Qualifications

• Active RN license is required.
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork are essential.
• Ability to work independently within the care team.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on nursing care and build relationships with residents.
• Administer medications and treatments per care plans.
• Monitor residents and respond to changes in condition.
• Supervise CNAs and support the care team.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and care planning.
• Communicate with residents, families, physicians and the interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain safety and infection control standards.
• Document care accurately and timely.
