Job summary

Greencroft Communities is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse for the second shift in our skilled nursing community in Ohio. You will provide hands-on nursing care, administer medications, and supervise CNAs as part of a collaborative care team.

The role requires an active RN license with prior long-term or skilled nursing experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for caring for older adults. We offer competitive hourly pay and benefits in a faith-based nonprofit setting.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on nursing care and build meaningful relationships with residents.
• Administer medications and treatments according to care plans.
• Monitor residents and respond to changes in condition.
• Supervise CNAs and contribute to a supportive team.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and care planning.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain resident safety and follow infection prevention and control standards.
• Document care accurately and in a timely manner.
